Self Introduction and Why I'm studying Japanese

I am studying Japanese because I study karate. Some day, I will have the chance to go to Okinawa and train in the dojo of the Grandmaster of my system. The Grandmaster of Shorin-ryu Shorinkan does not speak English, only Japanese. If I know Japanese, I will be able to learn from him and be able to get around Okinawa.
